Who Is This Level For?
Beginner Level 1 is for students with little to no English knowledge.
*It is a good starting point for students who:
*Know only a few English words or phrases
*Are just beginning to learn English
*Can recognize some basic English but cannot yet have a conversation
*Need support building confidence in speaking
No fluency is required. Students learn from the basics and progress at their own pace.
What Will Students Learn?
Through 20 one-on-one classes, students learn to:
*Introduce themselves, say their name and age
*Talk about where they are from and what they do
*Express basic feelings and emotions
*Talk about hobbies, interests, likes, and dislikes
*Ask and answer simple questions
*Ask for help and say when they don't understand
*Use basic English words, phrases, and sentence patterns
Students also begin learning foundational grammar such as I/you/he/she, my/your, am/is/are, and simple questions and answers.
What Will They Gain?
By the end of Level 1, students should be able to participate in simple English conversations and respond to everyday questions with greater confidence.
Most importantly, they begin to discover that English is something they can use, not something they should be afraid of.
